Product Warranty Period

All products default warranty period of three years; (For special requirements, the warranty period shall be specified in the contract) In addition, the Company will comply with relevant laws and regulations if there are other specific provisions in applicable national laws and regulations.

The following are not covered by the product warranty:

1、Counterfeit products, free samples, products beyond the valid warranty period, products without valid purchase certificate;

2、Products that are not repaired, altered or disassembled by Shanghong or its authorized organization or personnel;

3、Failure to install, store and use the product according to the requirements of the product manual and the nature of the product, resulting in failure or damage;
